1. Woju Remix featuring Davido and Tiwa Savage
Following the success of his breakout 2014 hit, ‘Woju’ Kiss Daniel as he was then called, enlisted Davido and Tiwa for the remix which was also produced by DJ Coublon.
The song made history when it peaked at number two on MTV Base’s Official Naija Top 10. It was the first time an original song and its remix would simultaneously occupy at the first and second spots on the chart.
While some critics felt that the remix didn’t quite measure up to the original, Kiss Daniel disagreed. He told Pride Magazine in April 2015 that remix is equally a beautiful song because ‘Mama T’, Davido killed it, they both killed it.’

Don’t be deceived by the title. Kiss dedicated this one not to his mum but to his ex-girlfriend who broke with him in 2016.
The singer also named also named the Young John-produced record his favourite song off his debut album, New Era, in an interview with Amsterdam’s HI Radio.
It was nominated in the Hottest Single category at the 2016 Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA) and named Africa’s Most Downloaded single in the same year by Okay Africa.

3. One Ticket
After praising him for ‘killing it’ on the remix of his 2015 song, Woju, it’s no surprise that Kizz turned to OBO three years later for One Ticket the lead single off his sophomore album No Bad Songz.
The decision quickly paid off, with the single skyrocketing on to the charts … topping Nigeria’s Weekly Top 50 Songs multiple times. While gaining a Headies nomination for Best Collabo, and landing the number 6 spot on Nigeria’s Annual Top 50 Songs of 2018.
The Major Bangz- produced hit, jokingly addresses toxic relationships, but that hasn’t stop it from being blamed for breaking a few relationships by fans over the years. With Kizz Daniel himself surprisingly joining the ranks, as he confirmed by replying a fan November 2018.

Kizz Daniel initially promoted the dance floor ready, 90’s high-life infused record with several fun social media skits which left concerned fans wondering whether their fave was considering a career switch.
What was no laughing matter, however, was the issue of a certain line in the Killertunes-produced track which appeared to promote the sort of sexual harassment that not a few women have experienced on the dance floor.
Daniels took to Twitter to clarify that he was in fact, making a case for consent.
“D song teaches our ladies to speak out against wat they haven’t consented 2 nd 4 d men to realise dat if a lady says No, No means No,” he wrote.

According to him, the song which like ‘Woju, was produced by DJ Coublon, was his chance to ‘prove the doubters wrong.’

The cute Ani James directed music video for Jombo, gave Kizz Daniel the chance to show off his acting skills. The musician played a young man nervous to meet the parents of his love, and features a few unlikely daydreams.

This Killertunes produced banger “Baba” was the first official collaboration between TheCAP Music front-liner DJ Spinall and Kizz Daniel. But that’s no what makes this incredible song special.
A few months after the songs initial premier, during an interview with Tush Magazine, Kizz Daniel confirmed “Baba” was dedicated to his Father whom he referred to as Baba lecturer in the song. He goes on to explain, his father and brother continue to be the reason he performs, and credits them for the release of his “No Bad Songz” album.

8. No Do
On this record Kizz proved that he is very much in tune with the past, sampling the iconic soundtrack of a classic children’s show, Tales by Moonlight which was shown on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) from 1984 to the mid 90s.
DJ Smith produced the song while he turned to Clarence Peters to direct the video which also drew inspiration from the iconic show.

Cleverly released just in time for Valentine’s Day, the mid-tempo love song sees Daniels declaring that he has found the perfect girl while sincerely begging her not to betray him.
The singer also showed off his fashion credentials and proved his love for ’ankara’ the traditional African prints which were infused in almost every scene in the Sesan-directed video.

The raggae-infused track about a certain freaky girl called “Fiona”, was directed by Killertunes. He then turned to Clarence Peters to direct the video which hit over a million YouTube views in less than 24 hours.
