Digital Account Manager (Advertising)

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Account Management & Ad Operations to contribute an outstanding understanding of the market and how to effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership, leverage, and results by working successfully with clients to providing insight, drive business, and engagement value.


  • Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and resolving technical issues
  • Conduct proactive meetings to develop trusted adviser status, build loyalty, improve business
  • Work collaboratively with VP to develop new accounts and drive growth with existing accounts.
  • Identify and promote other opportunities for partners across portfolio.
  • Providing reporting for ongoing operations, other departments, and clients.
  • Execute data-driven optimizations


  • Proven experience on video, mobile, and native advertising executions.
  • Extensive experience managing operations for a network.
  • Ability to adapt to and operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships
